First of all, I'm very disappointed in NBC right now. Giving Leno the last hour of time before the news is stupid. Moneywise, it's cheaper to produce his shows yes, but they're killing their opportunities for good programming and good shows like Kings and as of late Life. These shows don't get a good shake. Okay, Life ran two seasons and NBC dumped it. This was a fantastic show. You mean to tell me that NBC who owns USA Network couldn't have breathed life into LIFE over there. I thought characters were welcome. I think Adrian Monk has exhausted his premise. Find out who killed Trudie and let's move on. Instead of throwing crap shows like The Listener and Merlin into slots when they're sure to get canceled, give some shows that are building an audience a chance to develop and grow. ABC did the same thing. Already canceled The Unusuals. That show had sleeper hit written all over it. What are shows like Medium, Ghost Whisperer, and Without A Trace still doing on? Why do these shows get watched? What does this say about the viewing audience. Nielsen is an antiquated system and there has to be a better way to figure out viewership. Everything else is big brothered up now. I can google map right down to my front yard, but the networks can't get an accurate figure on who's watching what? When it comes down to it, it's only television, but I likes me my television. Thoughts?
